Returns & Damage Claims
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery and contact us at hello@onthetabl.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item, any breakage, and the original packaging as received. Claims made outside of 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted, and claims submitted without photographic evidence cannot be assessed.
We will review each claim at our discretion and, where a claim is accepted, will arrange a replacement where stock is available or a refund where it is not. On the Tabl reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy.
Please do not attempt to return broken glass. Photographs are all we need to resolve your claim.
If a return of an undamaged item is required and accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send it. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Your item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
On the Tabl reserves the right to decline claims or returns that do not meet these conditions, or where there is reasonable cause to believe the claim is not made in good faith.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale. No refunds or replacements are available on discounted products unless there is a manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@onthetabl.com.
