Shipping & Delivery
Australian Orders
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Standard and express delivery options are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on your location and chosen service.
Free standard shipping is available on all Australian orders over AUD $500. This applies to standard delivery only and excludes express services.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. On the Tabl is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas and sale events.
International Orders
We ship internationally to a range of destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days for major metro areas, though transit times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
All international orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout. On the Tabl is not responsible for delays, holds, or additional costs arising from customs processing in the destination country.
We are unable to take responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to protect your glassware in transit. Each piece is individually wrapped and cushioned to minimise movement, with packaging selected to suit the fragility of the contents. While we take every precaution, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by carriers once an order has left our premises.
Returns & Damage Claims
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final.
Damaged or Broken Items
Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please contact us at hello@onthetabl.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.
We will arrange a replacement where stock is available, or a refund where it is not. Claims made outside of 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Please do not attempt to return broken glass. Photographs are all we need to resolve your claim.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale. No refunds or replacements are available on discounted products unless there is a manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery.
